Valerie Mulcahy brought the Brendan Martin Cup to Col√°iste Choilm yesterday. The Cork Senior Football ladies have won the All Ireland title 7 times in the past 8 years which is some record. Occasions like this with young people are always special and a great opportunity to nurture sport and the many benefits it can bring when one gets involved.

May the encircling God be with you, the encircling power of our Creator. May the enfolding of Christ be around you, the unfolding arms of his love. May the encompassing of the Spirit be around you, the encompassing strength of God. May the guarding of the God of life be with you. May the guarding of the loving Christ be with you. May the guarding of the Holy Spirit be on you, each day and every night of your life.
