TY Students from Col√°iste Choilm are all smiles during their retreat day yesterday. Sometimes a gamble can pay off and our one was with the weather! Despite heavy rain, reports of widespread flooding, we set off early yesterday morning for Gougane Barra. As rain poured down it seemed it wasn’t going to be our day and then it cleared, the sun came out and a brilliant retreat day was had by all. A Mass was celebrated where the above photo was taken and it would be hard to find a more scenic spot for a lovely celebration.
