The crocus is such a beautiful flower but it also has much to say to us as we start our journey through Lent. Every day it opens beautifully to light, warmth and sunshine. We are also invited to open to the beautiful blessings of Lent. Sometimes it can be easier to stay closed but the possibilities are so much more when we are open.

‘A Reflection called Learning To Live’
Your search for love and security takes time and is not always as straight forward as some think. Love is a gift but can often be fragile and delicate.
You learn to accept your disappointments and defeats in life with your head up and your eyes open. You learn to build your roads on today because tomorrow’s ground is often too uncertain for your plans.
So plant your own garden and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers. You will learn that you really can endure, that you really are special and that you really do have worth. So live to learn and know yourself. In doing so, you will learn to live.
