Did You Know
Did you know that bright screens can affect your circadian rhythm. The natural light and dark cycle of the day helps your body know when it’s time to be awake and alert, and when it’s time to wind down and get some sleep. If your eyes are constantly glued to bright lights, such as mobile phones, TV screens, video games, and more – how is your body supposed to know it’s time to rest? In short it just won’t know. Putting phones and other bright screens away about 30 min before bedtime is a good habit to practice in trying to get a good nights sleep

Thought for Easter Week
Let the resurrection joy lift us from loneliness and weakness and despair to strength and beauty and happiness.” ~Floyd Tomkins
The story of Good Friday is very much our story. It picks up on our sadness, our pain, our challenges, our difficulties and the crosses we all have to carry in life from time to time. But some people choose to stay in Good Friday. They forget to take the step out of the tomb into the light or just don’t have the confidence to do so. A small nervous step forward towards new beginnings is infinitely better than none at all.
As Christians and believers we believe that our story does not end on Good Friday. There has to be something more. Easter is all about hope, new beginnings, new life and taking small steps forward in hope. It is about believing in ourselves, believing in love and kindness and being open to God’s blessings in our lives. I would like to wish you a Happy Easter and every blessing on you and your family.
