If a White Christmas is rare enough what are the chances of a White Easter!? Freezing weather right across Europe has created lots of problems. Our photo today tells the story of a car makes as it made its way through a wall of snow piled up along a road in the Briercliffe area of Burnley, England. From this time forward I make you hear new things, hidden things that you have not known. They are created now. Before today you have never heard of them so that you could not say ‘I already knew them.’ ~Isaiah 48:6-7

The story of God is constantly changing and evolving. Nothing is static. The events and stories of Holy Week are deeply familiar to all of us. Sometimes we are over familiar with them to the point of little impact. The stories of Holy Week are not a recall of historical events. They are a reminder to us of how God still journeys with us in the here and now. They remind us of God’s deep care, concern and love for us now, not just in the good moments but also in those difficult, painful, lonely and dark moments. Holy Week puts us in touch with all these moments.
