A crocus unfolds to show a special beauty within. The crocus flower is so eye catching at this time of year. They come in many colours and are not too fussy where you plant them. Keen gardeners will know that snowdrops which are the first flowers of spring are really fussy where they grow. Crocus flowers look best when they are sown in groups. They are also a valuable source of pollen for honeybees at this time of year.
